Foundation and Advanced Russian Pedicure Training

The foundation and advanced tracks use the same dry, waterless service principles but are designed for different levels of experience. The 2-day format is recommended whenever a student needs more model practice and correction.

2-Day Foundation Course

For students who have basic E-file control and want to learn a complete cosmetic dry pedicure workflow from assessment through the final finish.

1-Day or 2-Day Advanced Upgrade

For working nail technicians who already perform pedicures and want focused correction in technique, timing, heel care, toe preparation, or gel application.

Complete Beginners

If you have never held or controlled an E-file, complete the Basic Russian Manicure Course first to learn pressure, angle, RPM awareness, and safe tool handling.

Models & Equipment Provided

Mars Nails School arranges models and provides equipment, tools, bits, and professional products for use during class.

Foundation

2-Day Russian Pedicure Course - $1,500

For students with basic E-file control who want to learn the complete dry pedicure sequence, including cosmetic assessment, heel care, toe preparation, gel application, sanitation workflow, and model practice.

Advanced

Advanced Pedicure Upgrade - $1,000-$1,500

Choose a focused 1-day upgrade for $1,000 or a more complete 2-day advanced training for $1,500. The final program is customized around the techniques, timing, and service problems you want to improve.

How the 2-Day Russian Pedicure Training Is Structured

Day 1

Dry Workflow, Assessment & E-File Control

Study dry and waterless workflow, cosmetic foot assessment, sanitation setup, disposable materials, E-file control, pressure, angle, RPM awareness, bit selection, and instructor demonstration.

Day 2

Model Practice, Correction & Finish

Practice heel care, toenail preparation, nail fold work, gel application for toes, workflow timing, instructor correction, contraindication awareness, and salon-ready finishing standards.

Models, Equipment & Direct Instructor Correction

The course is led by Margarita Yutsaytis, an award-winning nail artist and educator with more than 10 years of professional experience and international competition recognition. Instructor correction helps students understand what to adjust in real time: pressure, bit choice, area control, workflow order, product placement, and finishing quality.

Classes are held at Mars Nails School, 11 Broadway, Suite 804, in Manhattan's Financial District. Models are arranged by the school, and equipment, E-file machines, bits, tools, and professional products are provided for use during class.

Certificate & Scope

Cosmetic Pedicure Training and Certificate of Completion

Students who complete the course receive a Mars Nails School Certificate of Completion documenting participation in hands-on pedicure training.

Important: The certificate is not a New York State Nail Specialty License. This course teaches cosmetic pedicure technique only and does not authorize medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical pedicure services.
