Where Championship-Level Craft Becomes Your Nail Education
Mars Nails School is led by international Nailympia judge and multi-medal winner Margarita Yutsaytis. Here, you don’t just learn steps – you train your eye, hand, and mindset to work at a global competition standard, adapted for real clients in New York City.
Instructor Story
From Finance & First Clients to an International Nail Educator
After university, Margarita built a career in finance and never imagined she would become a nail educator.
Everything changed when her mother asked her to take a manicure course “just to do her nails at home.”
What started as a family favor grew into a full passion: Margarita practiced daily, worked with models,
invested in advanced education, and slowly transformed a small studio into a full salon and teaching space.
Moving to New York meant starting over - new country, new market, and new standards to meet.
Instead of seeing it as a setback, she treated it as a challenge: to prove that clean Russian e-file technique,
precise structure, and strong hygiene protocols could thrive in the heart of Manhattan.
Over 10+ years in the industry, Margarita has evolved from technician to competitor, from competitor to champion,
and from champion to international judge and mentor. Mars Nails School is where this entire journey turns into a structured,
hands-on education for ambitious nail techs who want more than just another certificate.
Competition Credentials Behind Every Lesson
Margarita’s teaching is grounded in real results on the competition stage. She is a multi-medal winner at
Nailympia,
with titles in categories such as To Stiletto & Beyond and
Extreme Nail Styling Poster across locations including San Antonio,
Anaheim, Germany and Orlando.
As an international judge, she evaluates salon nails, stiletto & extreme shapes, posters and design work -
the same criteria she breaks down for her students. You learn why a nail scores well, how judges think,
and how to translate championship standards into wearable, profitable salon work.
Teaching Philosophy
From Clean Prep to Career-Ready Results
Mars Nails School is built on one belief: talent is developed, not given.
Margarita’s curriculum combines clean Russian dry e-file prep, safe work around the nail folds,
and structure-driven builder/hard gel architecture - the same logic she uses for her championship sets and Manhattan clients.
Every course is designed to be practical: what you learn in class, you can confidently apply on paying clients,
whether you work in your own studio or in a high-end NYC salon. To explore the full pathway from beginner to advanced,

“My goal is not to create copycats - it’s to build independent, confident professionals.”
In class, Margarita focuses on your vision, your weak points and your goals. You’ll learn how to see
mistakes before they happen, how to structure a nail for long wear, and how to build a personal style that clients remember.
Why Ambitious Nail Techs Choose Mars Nails School
Based in Manhattan’s Financial District, Mars Nails School attracts students from across New York and beyond - beginners starting a new career, working nail techs refining their skills, and competition-driven artists who want to train directly with a Nailympia judge.
