The course follows a practical two-day sequence covering natural nail analysis, form placement, builder and hard gel control, apex construction, shaping, filing, and correction.

Study natural nail analysis, form placement, extension mapping, builder and hard gel behavior, product amount, apex logic, and the structure required for a stable extension.
Correction, Filing & Salon-Ready Finish
Practice structural correction, sidewall and free-edge balance, filing sequence, surface refinement, shape consistency, finishing details, and instructor-guided troubleshooting.
Hands-On Training
Gel Extension Training with Direct Instructor Correction
The course is led by Margarita Yutsaytis, an award-winning nail artist and educator with more than 10 years of professional experience and international competition recognition. Students receive real-time correction while adjusting form angle, gel placement, product amount, filing direction, shape, and structural balance.
This is a focused gel extension course rather than a general nail program. Training stays centered on form placement, gel sculpting, builder and hard gel control, structural correction, shaping, and filing.
Classes are held at Mars Nails School, 11 Broadway, Suite 804, in Manhattan's Financial District. Models are arranged by the school, and equipment, tools, forms, gels, and professional products are provided for use during class.
Nail technicians who want to strengthen prep, cuticle work, and E-file control before sculpting can continue with our advanced Russian gel manicure course.
